Job Summary & Job Duties

To safely operate manual Lathes, Mills, Drill Presses, Grinders, and Saws in the Tool and Die Shop.

Essential Functions

• Build new stamping dies and rubber injection molds. 
• Participate in tooling and process design.
• Troubleshoot tooling issues and maintain existing stamping dies and injection molds.
• Document red line changes on tooling prints and communicate to engineering.
• Perform other miscellaneous machining activities as needed.

Safety:

Frequently required to stand, use hands, use hands to reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, and move up to 35 pounds.

Occasionally required to walk and sit.

Steel Toe Shoes, Safety Glasses, and any required equipment to setup Tool & Die Machines in a safe manner.

PPE always provided and required.
