This 12-week internship offers students the opportunity to work alongside a highly skilled professional who will provide mentorship, training, and project assignments to create knowledge application. You will also attend development training to enhance your professional skills alongside your intern co-hort.
Participation in the internship program requires you to be currently enrolled in an academic program related to the field of study the internship is designed. Your work location will be dependent upon the scope of work you are applying to pursue, we will discuss this in more detail during the recruitment process.

Apply knowledge gained in Management, Lean Six-Sigma, Statistics, General Business and/or Engineering courses.
Complete a significant project with a team of STEMCO colleagues and other STEMCO interns.
Enhance your technical skills and learn real world application of your classwork knowledge.
Attend development sessions to build your professional skills and to help set you up for leadership success.
You will be matched with a STEMCO leader to mentor you throughout the internship.
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Business Management, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Experience with completing projects in a virtual environment.
Must be computer literate in Windows applications and O365, minimum word processing and spreadsheets.
Working knowledge of business management, and lean manufacturing.
Experience with project management.
Ability to work as a team member, and to collaborate with others to help resolve challenges.
Ability to learn new technical skills.
