Midwest/Southwest Regional Sales Manager
Rubber Fab, a leader in sanitary seals for the Food, Beverage and Pharmaceutical Industry is looking to expand their outside sales team with a Regional Sales Manager to cover the Midwest/Southwest.
General Nature of the Job:
Manage an extensive, authorized sanitary distribution network in the assigned states. Manage sales and specification function at Distribution, OEM and end users in the US. Provide product introduction, training and value proposition of Rubber Fab products. Manage distribution relationship and provide ongoing training and support.
Individual must have demonstrated sales success; experience in distributor management; proven knowledge of specifying products to engineering departments and minimum of five (5) years experience in outside sales; preferably in sanitary sealing products.
To grow sales through opportunity identification, pursuit and competitive conversion.
Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.
