We are seeking a driven, hands-on experienced Anodizing Tech to join our team that specializes in engineered materials and coating solutions for semiconductor applications worldwide.


Responsible for ensuring that the production process is run in a smooth and rapid manner, perform all plating, anodizing and chemical cleaning activity per work instruction and process job travelers.   



  • Process parts in tanks according to specifications, work order and other requirements
  • Calculates the appropriate amount of time needed to process parts
  • Removes parts from tank after specified time, rinses parts and immerse them in bath before finishing processing
  • Completes paperwork as required by company and processing guidelines
  • Assist all line activities to Line Operator -2 to optimize throughput
  • Record results on work order (dimensions, tank #, temperature, & volts, Time in /out of tank)
  • Evaluate and log all preventative maintenance on processing line
  • Ensure all hazardous waste material is disposed of correctly
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Use required safety equipment (eye/ear protection, gloves, back brace when applicable)
  • Shall adhere to all Safety & Environmental requirements
  • Take daily direction from Supervisor & Line Operator-2 & follow all management assignments & instructions



Education/Certification: Awareness of the CSL Quality Management System, High School Diploma or GED, Ability to read, right and communicate effectively.


Required Knowledge:         Operational capabilities, specifications and work orders Previous manufacturing experience a Plus.


Experience Required:            Previous Experience with Chemical Processing preferred.



Skills/Abilities:                    Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality. Ability to deal with a variety of variables under only limited standardization and supervision. Ability to add, subtracts, multiply and divide in all unit of measure using whole numbers and common factors.






Talking:                                             Ability to speak effectively and communicate clearly


Average Hearing:                        Able to hear average conversations


Repetitive Motion:                      The employee is required to frequently stand and lift objects.


Average VisION:                             Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.


Physical Strength:                      The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 35 pounds.



Work is performed in shop conditions and can be in excess of 100 degrees Fahrenheit
