The Packaging and Assembly Coordinator is responsible for final inspection, assembly, pre-shipment packaging and documentation of completed production inventory. 



  • Liaison between Kitting, Logistics/ Inventory, Quality, Production, Supply Chain and Customer Service Departments.
  • Final article of inspection for all closed production inventory prior to staging, warehousing or shipping.
  • Perform and learn various duties from multiple roles in many departments.
  • Record keeping, certificates and documentation preparation, ensuring order and material traceability.
  • Perform transactions within Oracle ERP for multiple responsibilities.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy, delivery, receipt, distribution and reconciliation.
  • Crating, packaging and shipping of customer orders from all product lines.
  • Investigation, troubleshooting and resolution of shipping, inventory and customer service issues.
  • Adhere to all company and OSHA standards
  • Maintain a safe and clean workspace.

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2+ years’ experience with operating material handling equipment and logistics
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and PC skills. Including logistics reporting and accuracy with counting and use of bar-coding equipment.
  • Previous experience with forklifts, pallet jacks, scales, banding equipment, hand tools, power tools and warehousing.
  • Ability to work independently and with minimal direction or supervision.
  • Commitment to work safely in all aspects of the position




Light to Medium Work: Spending extended periods in a stationary position, both sitting and standing. Physical demands may include stooping, kneeling, touching, feeling, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, grasping, talking, hearing, repetitive motions, positioning self to utilize equipment properly, and lifting and/or transporting items up to 35 pounds.
