Job Summary:
The Enpro Operations Leadership Program is a two-year program designed to attract talent with a background in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain Management, and/or Operations Management. The program provides a significant level of depth and breadth of experience by providing distinct developmental assignments for seasoned professionals or recent grads at one of Enpro’s largest manufacturing sites.
Participants will be matched with an open assignment in either Palmyra, New York, or Longview, Texas. While in each rotation, participants will be responsible for completing and reporting on a project that is geared towards driving the deployment of the Enpro Operating System (EOS) in the area that they are assigned. Participants may be responsible for supervising manufacturing processes and typical assignments may include supervision of the workforce, implementation of a production plan, completion of employee performance appraisals, adherence to production schedules, implementation of quality plans and lean (EMLS) implementation.

Objectives of the Rotations:
The Operations Leadership Program is designed to help leaders gain “Learn-by-doing” experience during their assignments. Developmental assignments will be established to ensure that the participant is:
Given significant and increasingly challenging professional responsibilities
Exposed to the top talent at Enpro
Prepared to add value in all rotations, and subsequent positions at the program’s completion.
Required to provide written performance assessments at the end of each assignment to ensure proper growth
In addition, technical coaches, mentors, and managers will be responsible for assisting in the Operations Leadership EDGE Program participants’ development during the program
Exposure to Manufacturing Processes and Operations Leadership:
The Operations Leadership Program will involve working in advanced manufacturing facilities with state-of-the-art test and measurement equipment, as well as research and testing laboratories. The Operations Leadership Program participants will have the chance to learn from the existing processes and modify or create new ones.

The Operations Leadership Program rotations will provide you an opportunity to enhance your skills in multiple operational areas of the business. These rotations will also provide exposure to Enpro’s brightest operations leaders.
Required Experience and Skills:
A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, and/or Operations Management
For new graduates, co-op or internship experience in manufacturing or operations is strongly preferred and a GPA of 3.0 or above
Strong technical knowledge, mathematics skills, and problem-solving skills
Must be self-directed and able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Must be willing to fully rotate in either Palmyra, New York, or Longview, Texas.
Strong analytical, organization, and communication skills required
