The Product Manager will be responsible for partnering with site leadership and cross-functional teams to promote and support Product Line Strategy development & execution for state-of-the-art technical sealing solutions. The Product Manager will have accountability for identifying, executing, and coordinating growth supporting the overall company strategy at the product line level. They will serve as the Product “conductor” by establishing & driving plans to maximize performance and enable profitable growth of the allocate product line. The employee shall carry out his or her duties in accordance with the instructions given to him or her, in particular regarding Environment/Health/Safety, ethics, quality, deadlines and costs.




  • Establish and execute product line strategy, through implementation and execution of product road map for their respective allocated product line(s)
  •  Develop annual product line execution plan and priorities, work collaboratively with the regional sales leaders and sites GM to develop and execute local sales growth strategies.
  • Define value positioning (through value proposition and/or differentiation) for the allocated product line(s) by identifying and understanding position and status of products, market drivers, customer requirements and needs from product range.
  • Defines priorities within product portfolio based on North America growth strategy & customer need.
  • Analyzes market & product intelligence to centralize, synthesize and identify trends for the allocated product line by partnering with sales, marketing, & engineering.
  • Works with Marketing to develop strategic marketing activity, digital presence enhancement & technical training tools for sales teams, customers and channel partners.
  • Partners with Sites GM and Technetics Leadership Teams to bring products and solutions to customers by engaging and challenging existing status-quo with cross functional teams.
  • Works collaboratively with Technetics France Team to leverage best practices.
  • Acts as a strategic thought partner point of contact for customer facing team to collect inputs for strategic and R&D/Innovation aspects with customers.
  • Participates with Sales & Finance teams to establishing pricing and actively review product margins.
  • Liaise with manufacturing/process engineering for strategic business optimization and business evolution enablement.
  • Identify gaps or areas for improvement in product range.
  • Partner with customers on strategic new applications, developments or technology potentials.
  • Liaise with innovation manager to feed future development pipeline or benefit from ideation pipeline.
  • Maintains technical knowledge through company workshops continuing education, and networking with professional societies and associations (ESA, VDMA, VMA or other relevant …).



  • Master degree preferred in engineering ideally with MBA or strategy focus preferred
  • At least 5 years’ experience in strategic marketing, sales, business development, or engineering.
  • Exceptional communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders.



  • Minimal safety hazards; general requirements of an office environment.
  • Sitting; standing; walking throughout the facility; talking; seeing; hearing; feeling; bending or stooping; squatting or crouching; reaching; kneeling; pushing; pulling; lifting up to 25 lbs.
  • 20-25% travel required.
  • Must be within regional proximity to either Columbia, SC or Deland, FL facility.
