The Marketing Leader builds awareness of how Garlock products & services can fulfill our customer and channel partner needs by developing and executing on marketing strategies. They create comprehensive campaigns to improve customer retention and enhance acquisition. The role also entails a high level of partnering with internal and external resources to develop programs that contribute to targeted commercial outcomes within defined budgets. The Marketing Leader works closely with the Commercial team, including sales, product management and customer service. This role will report to the Director of Marketing of the Sealing Technologies segment of Enpro. The ideal candidate for this position is a creative problem solver that communicates effectively and develops detailed plans to drive results.
