Job Summary:

 

Researches and identifies high-growth markets to develop commercial campaigns, commercial messages, and insights around industry problems to solve that will inform our new product pipeline.

 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

 

 

  • Identify high growth critical sub-segments and micro-segments to target our research efforts
  • Translate industry analysis and trends to the organization leveraging industry publications, participating in industry events, and finding out which companies are doing what 
  • Identify, research, develop, and execute commercial campaigns that generate demand for

      unique, valuable, and proven portfolio of solutions to specific customer personas within

      target markets 

  • Support the development and training of relevant commercial teaching messages
  • Collaborate with product management to identify, build, and manage the commercial pipeline for new products
  • Enable sales team with relevant education on processes, industry expectations, value-drivers, market problems and competitive trends.
  • Research and provide recommendations for the most effective go-to-market strategy within selected markets including distribution channels and customer buying processes.
  • Identify, collect and interpret Voice of Customer into buyer enablement tools
  • Participate in the customer buying journey and buyer persona development

JOB QUALIFICATION:

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration or Marketing, or equivalent experience. 
  • Business experience within product management, sales, marketing, or engineering.  
  • Industry, customer, competitor, and product knowledge a plus.
  • Ability to build, develop, and engage teams directly and indirectly. 
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate and lead globally in and outside a matrix environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on persuasive communication, tact, and negotiation.
