The Global Compliance Manager will be responsible for financial reporting, internal control (SOX), and consolidation and review of financial results for the Sealing Technologies Group (“STG”), including supporting monthly, quarterly, and year-end Enpro corporate projects and reporting requirements. This role will be a liaison between the controllership, FP&A and corporate groups with a variety of financial activities including intercompany allocations, financial reporting, audit, forecasting, and budgeting.

Promote the Sealing Technologies and Enpro culture around creating value and driving excellence in our organization by:
Prepare and review STG division-level shared cost entity month-end close entries, reconciliations, analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting
Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and year-end STG consolidation process to ensure consistency and effectiveness across reporting units
Prepare STG quarter-end SOX variance analysis to support Enpro SOX requirements
Perform controller reviews at STG sites per Enpro requirements
Engage in SOX implementation with teams to support Enpro finance/accounting initiatives
Coordinate, support and monitor requests from internal and external auditors
Support in due diligence and integration of acquisitions and divestitures, as necessary
Review new and revised Enpro policies to ensure compliance
Assist periodically on project improvement teams
Coordinate with teams to ensure detailed work procedures are available and current

Preferred experience: Master of Accounting, MBA, CPA, auditing experience, OneStream experience, experience with manufacturing businesses
Minimum Education: BA /BS in Accounting, Finance
6-8 years’ work experience in accounting/auditing, and/or financial reporting
Potential travel up to 20%, if future business norms change
