Job Summary: The Director of Product and Strategy will develop and demonstrate a deep understanding of customer, channel, and market requirements to drive profitable global growth. Leads team through development and execution of commercial strategic planning. Ensures a product portfolio aligned with growth strategies. Effectively executes the commercialization of new and existing products. Liaise with Sales, Operations, Marketing and Internal Commercial teams to assure sustainable, profitable growth. This position also provides overall direction to a supply and demand team to optimize stock inventory levels and meet customer service objectives. Oversees the supply and demand function business plans are met and profitability is improved.
