The Learning and Development Director will partner with business leaders in creating, coordinating, and delivering robust leadership development programs. This role will work across the organization to ensure that development programs are anchored in the business and meet clients’ needs. Along with driving leadership development programs, this position will have responsibility to manage training vendors, development and technical design of training materials, facilitation, and measuring training effectiveness. All responsibilities are expected to be exemplified while modeling our transformational Triple Bottom Line culture (business growth and profitability, employee development, and sustainability).
Lead and support leadership development across functions while integrating appropriate stakeholder involvement and company resources
Must build and maintain relationships with all levels throughout the enterprise
Partner with senior executives and HR to translate business strategy into people focused-solutions
Oversee multiple projects simultaneously and provides input on the development of new organization-wide initiatives
Provide thought leadership and best practice research to identify and design talent management and learning strategies to meet the leadership needs of the organization
Leverage strong partnerships to create tools, resources, and education to enable the successful execution of the Enpro full cycle talent process
Conceiving and leading the assessment, design and implementation of all OD initiatives
Lead business process redesign, implementation of an ongoing employee engagement survey and action planning, training and orientation initiatives
Partner to develop and implement diversity and inclusion solutions to meet business needs
Oversee the design and execution of global learning and development philosophies, processes, tools, strategies, and programs
Exemplify triple bottom line culture and philosophies
EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE
Able to show how learning initiatives they have driven have resulted in business impact
Is results-focused and can take projects through from concept to practicality and start to finish
Demonstrating high standards in wanting to innovate and improve
Excellent PC and system skills (MS365 and LMS) and ability to present high standards of written documentation
Influence online tech college content implementation including curation, SME content generation
Bachelor's Degree in human resources management, organizational development, business administration or related field
Minimum of 10 years experience with Human Resources, Learning and Development and/or related
