Role Overview

The Inside Sales Manager is responsible for developing highly qualified team members and working with them to facilitate account growth by supporting the sales funnel throughout our customer’s buying journey. This role will leverage sales and lead generation tools, events, programs, various platforms, as well as working with Channel Partners to identify and qualify potential opportunities and follow them to resolution. 

Roles and Responsibilities

We are seeking a self-motivated, professional leader with strong computer skills and a competitive edge to fulfill the following responsibilities and help develop the future state of our Inside Sales team:

    • Managing the development of Inside Sales processes and roles within our organization
    • Working closely with the sales team and operations to ensure an effective customer experience.
    • Work with each sales manager to identify key targets within their assigned geographies for outreach campaigns/calls. 
    • Daily outreach via phone, video and email to clients and prospects within the existing customer database. 
    • Perform research on companies as a component of lead generation and qualification activities utilizing the web and other research tools available.
    • Develop effective email topics and campaigns to generate interest from prospects and grow our email newsletter distribution list.
    • Review analytics from monthly email campaigns and follow up on areas of opportunity.
    • Work collaboratively with our marketing group to identify opportunities not currently within the CRM database.
    • Utilize social media tools to push NxEdge news, press releases, and other public content for business development purposes.
    • Maintain accurate and timely notes within the CRM and assist with validating current data records.
    • Meet and exceed your quarterly and annual performance targets.

Candidate Criteria (Knowledge and Skills Required)

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1 – 3 years of experience leading an inside sales team in a manufacturing environment (semi-conductor market preferred)
  • Experience developing sales, support, processes and roles
  • Ability to be persistent and answer objections
  • Natural ability to connect with people via phone
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Good research skills and the ability to translate information into resonating statements
  • Highly organized and timely with follow up
