Job Summary:
Position Summary:
Supervise District Sales Managers in the assigned geographic areas of responsibility. Champion new customer activity at the Regional levels for all STEMCO products. Supervise the management of distribution in the assigned markets.

Coach, support, and lead District Managers, work effort, effectiveness and teamwork
Coach, support and lead District Managers product knowledge and training ability
Coach District Managers in skill development to increase productivity
Champion rapport with major fleet customers/ Champion rapport with major distributors in the market area assigned
Champion sales activity at major fleets in the market areas assigned
Performs extensive business reviews with major distributors/ Develops business plans and growth strategies with major distributors
Travel extensively to meet customers, distributors and coach district sales managers
